Ughhh..

That pretty much describes my feelings about clinic yesterday. I woke up to a text message from my morning patient saying that he wasn't coming...ugh!!! That just kinda put a damper on things. I kept trying to have a good attitude and was trying to think of the words to "Count Your Blessings" :) I'm not sure I was in the right mood for that because it didn't really help. Well, it just so happens that I double booked my afternoon on accident so I called my one afternoon patient and she said she could come in earlier...yayy!!! So I saw her and she's usually a 1B, but I ended up getting a 5 out of her...yayy!!! Well, in the afternoon I got a 2, which is nice but that's it for 2's. I'm done with them! Isn't that nuts? Right when I finished that patient, my board patient came in for a full mouth and I got finished just in time to get out of there. I guess I was a little bit late. Overall, the day turned out pretty well but I just felt frustrated the whole day. I'm SO tired of patients canceling on me. It has happened every single week since we've been back (well, except maybe one). It's driving me crazy!!! I can't wait until someone else has to worry about filling up my schedule! Won't that just be heaven?

January 23rd

Hey, so I'm sitting here this afternoon with no patient again. She canceled on me :( I just hate when that happens. This morning I had another Class 2 though, so that is nice. That's all I've been getting, so I only need 4 more quads of a 2...but so far no 3's or 4's. Nothing else to report! bye

Where are all the 3's???

Hey, so I had a 1B today and then a class 2. I know I need these requirements but I really want some 3's! I'm seriously struggling to get my schedule full. Well, not much else to say. I just know that I need to make some improvements in my scaling techniques and I think I know how. I just need to practice it now. I'm glad I still have a couple months until I'm turned loose into the world! Have a nice day.

Hey!! First day back and already one patient didn't show. It was ok, I really needed to sharpen all of my instruments so I spent most of the morning doing that. My brother came in this afternoon and I cleaned him up. He's an easy class 2 because of his bone levels. So really, nothing too exciting to report! :)
